On the hills of Soffaino, in the area known as “Vegna” – meaning “vineyard” – grow the rows of vines that give life to Vegna 2022 , an elegant and authentic red wine. It is produced exclusively from Groppello , the native grape variety that is a symbol of the Valtènesi and Lake Garda .
The manual harvest selects the finest bunches from vines over 20 years old. In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at 25°C for 10-15 days. This is followed by approximately 12 months of aging, which enriches the wine with complexity and harmony, before bottling.
