From the hills of Soffaino, in the heart of the Valtènesi, comes a wine that tells a centuries-old story. A unique rosé, made from the native Groppello grape, alongside Marzemino, Barbera, and Sangiovese.

The grapes are harvested by hand at dawn, when they are still wet with dew. A gentle pressing, called crémant , extracts only the heart of the berry. A brief cold maceration follows to preserve aromas and freshness, before fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging on the fine lees for 5-6 months.

This is how the so-called “one-night wine” was born, which encapsulates the grace of the territory, the strength of Lake Garda and the elegance of tradition.
