Last ten days of August, 5 a.m. While most people are still asleep, some are already among the vines harvesting Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio for this Metodo Classico Extra Brut from Lake Garda . Cantina Scriani is a family-run winery located in Fumane, in the heart of the prestigious Valpolicella Classica region in the province of Verona. With a long tradition, the fruit of three generations of winemaking experience, the company stands out for its dedication and passion for producing high-quality wines.

Tips for use

Serve chilled at 6-8°C. Perfect as a refined aperitif or to accompany refined dishes, raw fish, oysters, caviar, and seafood. Ideal with gourmet appetizers, delicate risottos, and elaborate first courses. Excellent with high-quality sushi, fusion cuisine, and revisited traditional dishes. Excellent for important toasts and elegant celebrations. Can age 5-8 years if stored properly. Store horizontally in a cellar at a constant temperature (12-14°C), away from light and vibrations.
