From 19 to 21 September 2025, Brescia is preparing to welcome a new and delicious edition of the Festival dei Sapori , the first food truck festival in Italy, which this year will wear a special “made in Brescia” outfit.
For three days, Piazza Tebaldo Brusato will become the beating heart of the city: an open-air stage where street food meets culture, creating an experience that combines authentic flavors, conviviality, and discovery.
12 free guided tours: a journey through taste and beauty
Alongside the culinary offerings of food trucks from all over Italy, visitors will have a unique opportunity: 12 free guided tours scheduled for Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st.
These cultural walks will lead participants to discover Brescia's treasures, including art, history, and curiosities, revealing hidden corners and stories that make the city a place to experience as well as savor.

In addition to guided tours, the festival will offer:
- Thematic conferences dedicated to local culinary traditions, to delve deeper into the roots of our gastronomic heritage.
- Quality street food , with food trucks selected to guarantee authentic, creative and irresistible offerings.
- The Alpini's Great Spit Roast , Saturday lunchtime, a special event celebrating one of Brescia's signature dishes. The initiative will also have a charitable purpose: an opportunity to share not just a meal, but also solidarity.
